  • Once the request is received, a tentative reservation will be confirmed and a cost estimate will be sent. This communication will include details of the required deposit (30% of the total cost) and the form of payment (credit card, wire).


  • The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the down payment. The down payment will be nonrefundable.


  • Full payment is expected on arrival. The down payment will be refunded at the end of the stay.


  • The check-in time is between 15.00 and 20.00. Guests are kindly requested to communicate the estimated arrival time and any changes thereon by e-mail or phone.


  • Check-out time is no later than noon.
