CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION
Once the request is received, a tentative reservation will be confirmed and a cost estimate will be sent. This communication will include details of the required deposit (30% of the total cost) and the form of payment (credit card, wire).
The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the down payment. The down payment will be nonrefundable.
Full payment is expected on arrival. The down payment will be refunded at the end of the stay.
The check-in time is between 15.00 and 20.00. Guests are kindly requested to communicate the estimated arrival time and any changes thereon by e-mail or phone.
Check-out time is no later than noon.
